Join Alice for an epic goal setting workshop and start your year off feeling motivated.
Ready to kick-start 2025? Goal setting can be pretty dull (SMART goals, I’m looking at you), but this session of Dream, Design, Do gives you the chance to use creative techniques to envision, plan, and achieve your personal and professional goals.
You’ll spend 90 minutes thinking about what you want to achieve in the year ahead, then we’ll figure out the steps you need to take to get there.
Whether you’re looking to get more creativity in your life, progress in your career, get a better harmony between work and life or spend more time with your loved ones, this session will help you figure out what you want to achieve and help you uncover the habits to get there.
But we won’t be sitting down and chatting about SMART goals. We’ll be getting into our bodies, listening to our head, heart and gut and using our hands to help us shape our plans for the future.
This is a two-part online event. We'll meet in June to check in on how you're getting on with your goals and recalibrate as you need to.
