Join Trekstock Ambassador Carolina (above right) for our series of London-based walks. Community Catch Ups will help you settle into the Trekstock community with regular walks across our gorgeous capital. Here's what Carolina has to say about these events:
Cancer doesn’t define us, however we do have a special link with all those who have gone through it. Finding Trekstock during my recovery was a blessing. I was finally able to meet people my age that I could really relate to about my cancer diagnosis, treatment and life after cancer. Trekstock events allow us to meet in a safe space where we all can share as much as we want or just listen to others stories and help ourselves find our new normal and new friends for life
Meet at Regents Park Station main entrance at 2pm to stretch your legs around Regents Park and a possible picnic depending on weather - we all know how British summers can be! Chat about cancer with people who get it. Or don't talk about cancer at all. Love Island chat is just as welcome here.
