Festival Season Began With Lovebox 2010

This year at Lovebox festival Trekstock was the official charity partner for the Friday & Saturday so we headed down with Trekstock badges in hand to try and recruit new supporters, listen to some amazing bands and get some interviews with some top musicians and celebs!

The incredible talent that is Jeff Leach, armed with his very own and handmade ‘love box’ kindly hosted our backstage interviews, getting up close and personal with some amazing talent including Paloma Faith, Yeasayer, Ellie Goulding, The Maccabees, Noisettes, our good friend Rox and our Patron Mark Ronson! Check out all the action here.

Kitted out in volunteer t-shirts specially designed by our friend Henry Holland we managed to attract loads of interest from new Trekstock supporters so thank you to everyone for your much appreciated donations and interest! Showcasing the new limited edition band tees evoked loads of interest from the Lovebox crowd and if you’re interested in purchasing one of our amazing tees then please pop by our website to take a sneaky peak.

Backstage a Peavey guitar was being signed by the likes of Roxy Music, Mark Ronson, Ellie Goulding and many more and there is soon to be an exciting competition where the winner will get this super cool guitar all for themselves!

Our Pop-Up Shop and T-Shirt Campaign

Trekstock launched its very own pop-up shop off Carnaby Street for two weeks in July. Have a look here for some pics of the shop and our launch party..

We collaborated with 11 artists to design limited edition charity t-shirts for just £10 and had appearances from The Maccabees, Ellie Goulding, Matt Horne, Alison Mosshart and even Martin Clunes, not to mention a couple of friends modelling them for us…

Bands included Bloc Party, Delphic, Devendra Banhart, Ellie Goulding, Foals, The Horrors, Little Boots, Local Natives, The Maccabees, Yeasayer and a special design in support of Save BBC 6Music.

Doubling up as a gallery space with artworks contributed from amazing talent such as Eine and David Walker, even housing our very own Trekstock road bike custom made by Cooper Bikes, we made i-D’s top 5 pop up shop list!

We made so many new friends and we were delighted to give away incredible prizes from friends at Carnaby, zavvi.com, Cowshed, Hunter and Ray-Ban.
